Join the Idaho Out-of-School Network for exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of leading STEM workplaces in Idaho! Join us at:

  • Idaho National Laboratory on September 5, 2025 in Idaho Falls
  • Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories and Lewis-Clark State College's Career & Technical Education Center on September 11, 2025 in Lewiston
  • Micron Technology and Boise State University's Engineering Innovation Studio on October 8, 2025 in Boise
  • Artisan Labs on November 4 in Hansen, ID
  • Idaho Power powerplant and fish hatchery on November 5, 2025 in Twin Falls
  • National Interagency Fire Center on February 17, 2026 in Boise, ID

These tours offer teens and early-career professionals an invaluable opportunity to:

  • Explore cutting-edge industries
  • Network with professionals
  • Gain insight into future career paths

Who's invited?

  • TMC Works STEM Ambassadors
  • STEM Ecosystem Ambassadors
  • Teens in other STEM or workforce development programs and clubs in Idaho

Instuctions:

  • Chaperones and youth participants must all register for a ticket.
  • All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
  • Minimum one chaperone per 15 youth required.
  • Limited capacity available for some tours.
  • Idaho National Laboratory tour participants must show official proof of U.S. citizenship.
