The KiKi Networking Brunch 2026

About This Event

About IBBG

I Be Black Girl (IBBG) is a collective for Black women, femmes and girls to actualize their full potential to authentically be, through autonomy, abundance and liberation. As a system level organization, we are working to ensure radical change for our community through convening partners, research, catalyzing innovations and storytelling.

What is the KiKi?

[kee-kee] – A social gathering, often for the purpose of casually kicking back, fellowshiping, and sharing stories.

The KiKi Networking Brunch is IBBG’s signature annual celebration — a gathering created to honor and amplify the brilliance, leadership, and joy of community. This event started in 2017 when more than 100 community members came together to dream, build, and imagine what was possible. That moment became the foundation of IBBG as we know it today.

The KiKi continues to honor that legacy, creating spaces for economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, and community care through a morning filled with connection, good food, and meaningful dialogue.

Event Experience

The KiKi attracts a highly engaged audience of Black women and community members who are deeply invested in leadership, business, and community advancement. Attendees represent key sectors in nonprofit, corporate, and creative industries — many of whom are decision-makers and community influencers.
