Baby bird season is here, and every day orphaned and injured baby birds are arriving from across Iowa in need of specialized care. From tiny nestlings that require feeding every 20–30 minutes to young birds recovering from injuries, Iowa Bird Rehabilitation is here to give them a second chance at life in the wild.
For the past several years, our Baby Bird Shower has helped provide the critical supplies needed during our busiest season. This year, we're launching a 5-Day Baby Shower Challenge with a goal of raising $5,000 to help provide food, medical care, and life-saving support for our smallest feathered patients.
The goal is simple raise $5000 in 5 days: 250 people giving just $20 each will help us reach our target and ensure these vulnerable birds receive the care they need.
