About This Event

This program is for kids aged 0-5 and their caregivers. Older siblings are invited to attend.

Brooklyn Book Bodega hosts baby, toddler, and preschool drop-ins, storytimes, and caregiver workshops to support early literacy from the very beginning. These welcoming gatherings help young children build language skills through songs, stories, and play, while caregivers learn simple, practical strategies to support reading at home.

This program is designed to impact two-generations at one time. By centering both the child and the caregiver, we strengthen early bonds, build confidence, and help families begin creating 100+ book homes from the earliest years. Our pillars of choice, access, community, and discovery are essential components of this program.
