Living Your Personal Best with PD, An APDA Parkinson's Education Program

Living well with Parkinson’s disease involves more than managing symptoms, it’s about finding practical strategies, staying connected, and maintaining the best possible quality of life.

Join the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) for Living Your Personal Best with PD, an educational program designed to empower people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners with information, resources, and support.

Through expert-led presentations, attendees will gain valuable insights on topics such as:

  • Health and wellness with Parkinson’s
  • Exercise and movement strategies
  • Symptom management
  • Mental and emotional well-being
  • Resources for living well with PD

In addition to educational sessions, participants will have opportunities to connect with others in the Parkinson’s community and visit local sponsor and resource tables.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for years, or support a loved one with PD, this program offers practical tools and inspiration for your journey.
