Living with Parkinson's disease doesn't mean life has to revolve around appointments, therapies, and support groups. APDA Strictly Social West Des Moines is something different, a chance to simply enjoy yourself.

Strictly Social is a relaxed, welcoming gathering where people with Parkinson's disease, their care partners, family members, and friends come together to share good food, great conversation, and plenty of laughs. Whether you're meeting someone new or catching up with familiar faces, you'll find an easygoing atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

This is not a support group. While meaningful conversations happen naturally, there's no agenda, no pressure to share your story, and no formal discussion. Instead, you'll enjoy a fun, casual social hour focused on building friendships, making connections, and spending time with people who understand the Parkinson's journey.
