PD Essentials is a one hour session offered at no cost for those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in the past two years. Get answers to your questions, address your concerns and fears, and connect to local resources and valuable links across the country. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Virtual and in-person sessions are available. Registration is required.
What you’ll discover:
- Clear explanations of what Parkinson’s (PD) is and how it may affect you
- Practical strategies for exercise, movement, nutrition, and wellness
- Insight into care partners’ roles, planning next steps, and building your health team
- A chance to connect virtually or in-person with people who understand
PD Essentials are held, in-person or virtually, the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
