Meeting weekly on Mondays, starting June 8th - July 27th from
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Location: Perennial Pathways, Located within Moore Life Counseling Conference Room

PRESS ON™ is a FREE eight-week education and support program for those who have been living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) for five or more years and their care partners.

This 8-week program offers you and your loved ones PD support, education and resources to help you along your PD journey. Conducted in small groups, the format allows for in-depth and personalized discussions. 

PD-focused session topics include:

  • The Road Here 
  • Healthcare in PD
  • Safety, Environment, Exercise
  • Mood, Cognition, Behavior
  • Impact on Daily Coping and Relationships 
  • Planning for the What-Ifs
  • Caring for Others, Caring for Yourself 
  • Maintaining Hope on the Path Forward

   Program Details:

  • Each group will consist of up to 10-12 participants.
  • Individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s 5 or more years ago and care partners looking for continued support.
  • Participants must commit to the 8 sessions and make every effort to complete the program, engage and share.
  • All participants must be screened by the facilitator to participate.
  • Each session will be 1.5 hours each week for 8 weeks.
