JA for Everyone - Fall 2026

JA for Everyone welcomes ages 12 & up to JA Finance Park sponsored by Mission Fed for a one-day workshop that prepares youth and adults to take control of their personal finances through immersive hands-on learning.

The JA Finance Park simulation challenges participants to create a monthly budget based on an adult persona that comes with a salary, kids, and debt, all based on real San Diego averages. 

Participants walk away with an understanding of:

• How to create a budget
• Relationship between income and cost of living
• Importance of saving
• How credit and loans work
• Basic fundamentals of investing 

Are you a girl scout? By participating in JA for Everyone, girl scouts can earn their financial literacy badges.
