Jake’s Network of Hope is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that believes in a world where every human feels worthy. This empowers individuals to live their best lives, creating full and active communities. Our programs provide resources that fulfill various human needs: basic, social, emotional and educational.

Funds raised during this campaign will support our Eastern Wisconsin Diaper Bank.

We are driven to ensure every baby has the diapers he or she needs to stay clean, dry and healthy. When a family has to sacrifice basic hygiene needs in order to afford other basic needs, it reduces a quality life. We partner with nonprofit organizations to distribute diapers to our local community, nationally and the world.
