JA Inspire

What is JA Inspire? 

JA Inspire is more than a career fair! High school juniors and seniors in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties are invited to engage with representatives from about a hundred businesses, post-secondary institutions, and trade guilds from across the Valley to learn about real-world opportunities and the local job market. Students are given the opportunity to interact with exhibitors and participate in live seminars on how to get and keep a job and the soft skills required to enter the workforce. Educators may choose to implement six lessons before and after the event to prepare students for the experience and to reflect on what they learned or follow up with any potential opportunities.
