Join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and hands-on projects to help care for the JCC SLO property.
Whether you're handy with tools, enjoy gardening, or simply want to spend a few hours giving back alongside friends, there's a place for you. This is a wonderful opportunity to invest in the spaces we share while getting to know other members of our community.

9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
JCC SLO Property
🛠 Building and assembling a new storage shed
🌿 Landscaping and clearing brush around the property
🪑 Painting and refreshing outdoor benches
🎾 Tennis court care and cleanup (2–4 p.m.)
✨ And other projects to help keep our property welcoming and beautiful
Light food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
You don't need special skills or tools to participate. We'll have projects suitable for all experience levels, and volunteers are welcome to stay for all four hours or just part of the afternoon. If possible, please bring: weed whackers, tree trimmers, work boots / hats / gloves.
Many hands make light work—and stronger community. 🌿🛠️
PLEASE NOTE: We are transitioning to Bloomerang so you may encounter bugs in this process. Please send errors/feedback to info@jccslo.com. Thank you!
