About This Event
Putters of all skill levels across the Valley are invited to play three rounds to raise funds for mental health and social services programs benefiting children and adults of all ages, faiths and backgrounds in our communities.
The inaugural JFCS Puttin’ for a Purpose putting tournament presented by Knight-Swift will take place at Putting World in Scottsdale at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, September 28. No golf experience is needed to participate.
Foursomes are $600, individuals are $200 and non-golf tickets are $72. Several sponsorships are available. Attendees will receive free bites and beverages and a chance to win some amazing prizes. Most importantly, everyone will get to spend an evening helping thousands of children, teens, and adults coping with trauma, family violence, mental illness, and substance abuse – as well as other behavioral, physical, and social obstacles – find the help they need.
The event consists of two activities:
- Round One (18 Holes): Lowest score wins
- Round Two: All participants will have one shot to sink a 50-foot hole-in-one
JFCS has been in the Valley for over 85 years and helps over 40,000 children, individuals and families annually, regardless of age, faith or background. This tournament will help us to provide life-changing and lifesaving services to our community.
Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (Knight-Swift) is one of North America's largest and most diversified freight transportation companies, providing multiple truckload transportation, less-than-truckload, logistics, and business services to the shipping and transportation sectors.
