Thompson S. Baker Award

The Thompson S. Baker Award recognizes individuals who have dedicated themselves to bettering our community through leadership, hands-on involvement, and philanthropic deeds. The annual award celebrates our local heroes who have positively influenced business and education in the Jacksonville community. Since 1997, this prestigious annual award has been named for Thompson S. Baker, the founder of Florida Rock Industries who unselfishly contributed to the betterment of our community.

Entrepreneur of the Year Award

The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is presented to an inspirational business leader who has excelled as an innovator, exemplifies a passionate entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrates personal integrity and influence, and is committed to making a positive regional impact.

JA Inspire Award

The JA Inspire Award recognizes an individual whose passion, purpose and commitment to the community are demonstrated through a legacy of outstanding volunteer service and community engagement. While excelling professionally, they also share their experience with the next generation, and give time and direct financial resources to their community.
