We're Inspired to Create Change in the Next Generation!

Students have an abstract notion of their career direction. JA and our partners are helping turn those ideas into action through JA Inspire, a virtual career exploration event.

JA Inspire is our way of investing in tomorrow's leaders by giving them the tools to create their own futures. Tools such as:

  • An assessment to match them to industries and fields;
  • Resources to research careers within those fields;
  • A list of local opportunities at area businesses that fit career interests; and
  • Soft skill development in building resumes, interviewing for jobs and creating elevator pitches

We are excited to provide first steps on teens' career journeys, preparing them for the futures they want. For businesses, this is a chance to build your future workforce. By talking with professionals in their community, students' journey becomes more focused and activated, with real insights on what industries interest them, what specific jobs are like, and what education is required to do them successfull.
