Raffle Ticket Price (only 100 tickets available)
- $100 for 1 ticket

Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail is proud to be one of only a select few charity golf tournaments invited to host play at Mira Vista Country Club, making this an unforgettable and highly coveted experience.
Raffle Terms, Conditions and Agreements
1. Must be a U.S. citizen to purchase a ticket and to win raffle.
2. Chance raffle ticket sales are limited to residents of Texas.
3. Eligibility to win the chance raffle item is limited to residents of Texas.
4. Winner must be 18 years or older to win.
5. Standard Foursome Prize taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner is responsible for making all transportation arrangements for and paying all transportation costs associated with Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail Raffle Item pick-up or shipping. Item is currently located in Fort Worth, Texas.
7. Need not be present to win. Winner of the drawn ticket will be notified by email within 72 hours.
8. Holder of the winning ticket will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification.
9. Winner must complete Form W-9, and W-2G and may be required to pay estimated tax withholding prior to delivery of the Standard Foursome Prize.
10. Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible or refundable.
11. Standard Foursome Prize - MSRP: $1,732 The amount, less $100 cost of winning raffle ticket, is taxable income to the winner.
12. Item cannot be converted to cash.
13. Winner must claim item within 30 days of being notified. In the event a winner elects not to accept or claim the prize, Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail will conduct a second drawing to determine a winner.
14. Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the item or its fitness for any particular purpose. The winner takes the item as is and expressly assumes all risk associated with operation of the item and all equipment furnished with item. Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, from any and all claims, damages, and/or liability arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle. The winner also agrees and covenants not to sue, initiate arbitration against, or to take any legal action against Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle.
15. The Winner grants Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail the right to publicize his/her name, city of residence and photographic likeness.
