A Kitten Shower is exactly what it sounds like—a baby shower, but for kittens!

Each year, as the weather warms up, shelters like RAL are flooded with kittens in need of care. So far this year, over 200 kittens have already come through our doors this Kitten Season—and we know many more are on the way. Just like new parents gather supplies to prepare for their baby’s arrival, we’re collecting essentials to care for all of our tiny, whiskered arrivals. Want to help? Check out our wishlist here! Looking to adopt? We’ll have kittens and cats ready to find loving homes—and adoption fees will be reduced for the day:

Just here for the snuggles? You’re in luck!
Sign up below for a 15-minute kitten cuddle session (up to 4 people per session). These kittens aren’t quite old enough to be adopted yet, but they’re ready for some socialization and gentle cuddles!

🧡 Cuddle session slots are limited, but even if they’re fully booked, you’re still welcome to stop by anytime during the Kitten Shower between 12 and 4 PM to meet our adoptable cats and join in the fun.
