Admission to the museum is free, and jump rope challenges and ping-pong are part of the fun!
Special programming begins at 2:30 with a drum circle led by Shalon Robinson. Everyone can join in!
Hear local residents share stories of life on "The Avenue."
Programming concludes with the unveiling of our new exhibit - KVML: On The Avenue. Made possible by the generosity of the Herbert Simon Family Foundation with additional support from Purdue University, this exhibit honors and celebrates the people and places of historic Indiana Avenue.
Speakers include Dwight Simmons, WildStyle, Kathi Ridley-Merriweather, Eunice Trotter, Sampson Livingston, Reginald Duvalle, and more.
BRICS ice cream, select wine and beer, specialty cocktails and mocktails and soft drinks will be available for purchase.
