About This Event

This retreat is designed for Alaska’s nonprofit CEOs and executive directors who are navigating the complexities of leading mission-driven organizations in today’s challenging environment.

Co-Facilitated by Kameron Perez-Verdia, President and CEO of the Alaska Humanities Forum and an Anchorage Assembly member, and Tonio Nguyen, an executive coach and leadership strategist, this retreat provides nonprofit leaders with a space to step back, reflect, and explore solutions to pressing challenges.

More than just professional development, this retreat is an opportunity to recharge and build a lasting network of trusted colleagues—all in a setting that encourages deep reflection, candid dialogue, and meaningful connection.

Who Should Register? Nonprofit Executive Directors or CEOs.

Please be aware that submitting your registration does not automatically guarantee your place in the cohort, as each registration will be reviewed by the facilitator. This review process aims to create a diverse and balanced group of participants, enhancing the overall learning experience. After the review, we will notify you via email regarding your status in the cohort, and if selected, you will receive further instructions on how to prepare for the session. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the possibility of having you join us!
