Stepping away from a demanding career doesn't mean stepping away from purpose. For many women, transitioning from full-time leadership to a more flexible, fulfilling life is a journey that unfolds over time. Join co-facilitators Fran Ulmer and Janet Weiss, along with host Diane Kaplan, all of whom have held prominent leadership roles in Alaska. This session is for women who have moved on from executive-level or high-profile roles and are exploring how to balance service, engagement, and personal fulfillment. Facilitators will guide discussions on aligning passions with this new life stage, navigating shifting priorities, and shaping a meaningful next chapter.
Who Should Register? Women who have left executive-level or other demanding leadership roles in the past 3-5 years.
Please be aware that submitting your registration does not automatically guarantee your place in the cohort, as each registration will be reviewed by the facilitator. This review process aims to create a diverse and balanced group of participants, enhancing the overall learning experience. After the review, we will notify you via email regarding your status in the cohort, and if selected, you will receive further instructions on how to prepare for the session.
