Guided Herpetology Hike

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All program & special event cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee up to 48-hours before the date of the program/event. For cancellations received between 24-48 hours before the date of the program/event, refunds will be 75% of the total registration cost, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received under 24-hours prior to the program/event, will receive no refund.

Material/Supply Fee Refunds: If program/event registrations offer an optional supply/material fee in addition to the cost to register for the program, there is potential for a refund. If cancellations are received before registration for that program closes, the fee will receive a full refund (minus a $0.25 refund fee). If received after registration closes, the material/supply fee will not be refunded.
