About This Event
Lop Lop Palooza
Join us for Lop Lop Palooza! Gather a team of friends, family, or coworkers and help us clean up the trails at Beaver Creek Reserve! Your team will be assigned a trail to widen by lopping branches and removing sticks and trash. Fall trail cleanup efforts help us prepare for winter recreation.
Choose a fun team name and theme! An example could be “The Trail Blazers” or “Lop! In the Name of Love”. Feel free to get creative! Each team will consist of 5-10 people. Prizes will be awarded to teams with the cleanest trail and most enthusiasm! There will also be snacks, beverages, and games.
Teams can expect to hike up to 2 miles and should be prepared for excessive bending. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress for the weather. Please bring personal gloves and let us know if you can supply your own loppers. Please note, this event is subject to cancellation due to inclimate weather.
