Spring Celebration: Auction & BBQ 2025

Join us for our annual Spring Celebration! The event will include a chicken BBQ, auction, bake sale, plant sale, and kids activities featuring an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, carnival games, and balloon animals! 

Pre-registration for BBQ meals will close on Tuesday, April 11th. Each meal costs $13 and includes half BBQ Chicken, baked potato, applesauce, dinner roll, and water.  We encourage you to order online in advance and reserve your food, as the price will increase to $15 for day-of purchases! Funds from the event will support Christ-centered education for young world changers.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• 11 AM – 1 PM → Spring Open House, drop-in for tours from our Admissions Team

• 12 – 4PM → Kids Activities, Concession Stand, Stage Events, Bake Sale & Plant Sale

  • 12:30-1:30 Doc Yoder Entertainment (stage)
  • 1:30-2:00 Drum circle with Dr. B. (stage)
  • 2:00-4:00 Balloon Animals
  • All afternoon: Face painting, Barrel train rides, spin art, bounce castle and obstacle course, carnival games, Photos with Elsa and Olaf, petting zoo
• 12 – 4PM → Plant Sale, Sweets and Treats Sale, Concessions
• 4PM → Live Auction
• 12 – 6 PM → Chicken BBQ
