2026 Pullman SASS Go Women’s Self-Defense Classes

Learn How To Use Your Voice and Body, and Leave Feeling Empowered

Participants are trained physically and mentally for the most common threats to their safety, from simple grabs to complex scenarios. Join the Lauren McCluskey Foundation and SASS GO in creating a community of women and girls who know they are worth the fight. This class is taught by a certified and licensed instructor with SASS Go. Join this class free of charge, have fun, learn how to use your voice and body, and leave feeling empowered. This class is open to girls and women aged 15 and up.

Event details:

SASS courses teach participants to set healthy boundaries and enforce them. This is trauma informed, statistically relevant training fueled by current trends in abuse, trafficking and criminal tactics. All skill levels and ages 15 and up welcome.

Class Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
