The Stepping Up Breakfast is Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers’ (LCL) annual gathering that brings the legal community together to Step Up for well-being in the profession.

2026 marks LCL’s 50th anniversary—a milestone that celebrates five decades of supporting lawyers, judges, law students, and legal professionals through the challenges of a demanding career.

Join us as we look back, look ahead, and recommit to a healthier legal community. This year’s program features a panel of LCL members from across the decades sharing personal stories about the impact of LCL, how support has evolved, and the powerful ripple effect of saying “yes” to well-being.

Your presence matters. Together, we can strengthen the profession—one step, one conversation, one connection at a time.
