Joe Dyer, President of Disher CORP in Zeeland, Michigan.
Joe Dyer serves as the President of DISHER Corp., a nationally recognized professional services firm specializing in engineering, talent, and leadership development solutions. He is passionate about stewarding the company’s mission to Make a Positive Difference for its customers, coworkers, and communities. He finds joy in serving others and applying his experience in steward leadership, culture, people development, and engineering alongside the team.
Before rejoining DISHER Corp., Joe gained executive-level leadership as the Executive Pastor of an influential southwest Michigan church from 2019-2021. Earlier in his career, from 2013-2018, he served at DISHER Engineering as a Team Lead for Manufacturing Tech Solutions and Automation, and as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer. From 2008-2013, he worked as a Manufacturing and Process Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Joe graduated first in his class with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University in 2008.
Joe has been honored with several recognitions throughout his career, including being named to Crain’s Grand Rapids 2023 40 Under 40 and the Grand Rapids Leadership Class of 2024. Under his leadership, DISHER Corp. received the Excellence Award from the West Coast Chamber in 2022, recognizing the organization for its culture, reputation, financial strength, history of success, and sustainability.
