The Arc Caddo-Bossier is proud to announce its annual Leadership Luncheon, scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana.
The Leadership Luncheon has become a cornerstone event for The Arc Caddo-Bossier, celebrating civic leaders, donors, and the organization's mission of building unlimited opportunities for people with disabilities. This year's keynote speaker, Dani Bowman, embodies this mission by advocating for inclusion and empowering others to pursue unlimited opportunities.
Keynote Speaker: Dani Bowman
Diagnosed with autism at age three and nonverbal until six, Dani Bowman discovered animation as her first language—sparking a passion that continues to fuel her work today. At just 14 years old, Dani founded DaniMation, a social enterprise that teaches animation, provides mentorship, and creates professional pathways for youth and young adults with neurodivergence. To date, she has taught animation to over 3,500 students.
Dani’s creative work includes 16 original animated short films, all premiered at San Diego Comic-Con. Dani holds a BFA in animation and an MBA in global strategy & leadership. As a cast member on Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum U.S., Dani uses her platform to advocate for meaningful representation and disability inclusion in media, education, and employment.
Whether speaking, animating, teaching, or building new opportunities for others, Dani leads with authenticity, humor, and heart—proving that passion, community, and belief can turn challenges into purpose.

The Arc Caddo-Bossier serves people of all ages and their families through comprehensive programs including:
- Workforce development through Frost Industries
- The Conly Day Program
- Child education with The Arc Caddo-Bossier's Goldman School and Child Development Centers
- Community engagement initiatives
- Residential services with eight Community Homes and Community Living Supports and Services (CLSS)
- Equine assisted services through GREAT Equine Assisted Services
- Advocacy services
