This interactive workshop helps leaders understand and effectively manage a multigenerational workforce. Participants will explore the characteristics, values, communication styles, and workplace expectations commonly associated with different generations, including Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. 

Through discussion, real-world examples, and practical exercises, leaders will learn how to: 

• Recognize generational strengths and perspectives. 

• Improve communication across age groups. 

• Address and reduce generational misunderstandings. 

• Foster collaboration and engagement among diverse teams. 

• Adapt leadership approaches to meet the needs of employees at different career stages. 

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain tools and strategies to create a more inclusive, productive, and cohesive workplace where employees of all generations can contribute and succeed.
