About This Event
Laugh for a Child 2027 is Healthy Smiles of Spartanburg's 21st annual comedy fundraiser, bringing together more than 500 community leaders, supporters, and friends for an evening of laughter, live entertainment, and philanthropy. This year's event features nationally touring comedian John Heffron, the return of Jas Gill, music by Queen City Keys, delicious food and drinks, and an exciting raffle—all benefiting Healthy Smiles' mission to provide free dental care to uninsured children right here in our community!
Following a record-breaking $267,000 raised in 2026, our goal is to raise $275,000 in 2027 to expand access to essential oral healthcare for local children who would otherwise go without.
