As The Legend Of LIONMAN One Million Kick Challenge continues to "Kick Obesity Out Of America!" during the holiday season, LIONMAN Foundation, Inc.  has partnered with BLUE LION Karate Academy, New Orleans East Hospital, Dr. Tam Pierre's A Woman's Place, Data News Week, and other local vendors for the 1st Annual LIONMAN Foundation Thanksgiving Walk For Fitness!

Join us for a 5K fitness walk on November 24th at 7 a.m. before the start of your Small Business Saturday shopping. The walking route will start at Lake Forest and Read, Northbound on Read to Morrison Rd., Westbound on Morrison Rd. to Crovwder Blvd.  From Crowder and Morrison, we will walk Southbound on Crowder to Lake Forest Blvd., and back to 9954 Lake Forest.

Proceeds from the 1st Annual LIONMAN Foundation Thanksgiving Walk For Fitness will be used to help end childhood obesity with The Legend Of LIONMAN One Million Kick Challenge.

Beginning in 2011, The Legend Of LIONMAN One Million Kick Challenge partnered with First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" initiative, The President's Challenge Program, and The President's Active Lifestyle Award under President Barack Obama's Administration, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, SHAPE America, Spark PE, and more than 50 million people globally to help "'Kick Obesity Out Of America!"
