Transitioning out of pediatric care can be overwhelming. This workshop targets lupus warriors moving from pediatric to adult care.
This program is FREE for lupus warriors transitioning out of pediatric care and their families. Attendance includes parking, program, lunch, & admission to the Milwaukee County Zoo.
Sessions: Program sessions are currently being developed cooperatively by LFA, WI Chapter with rheumatologists and medical professionals from Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, UW-Health, & UW-Health Pediatrics, as well as lupus warriors who have gone through this transition. Post Workshop: Following the program and lunch, attendees can explore the Milwaukee County Zoo.
