2026 New York State Housing Summit: Providing Trauma-Informed Housing for Survivors of Human Trafficking

About This Event

Join us as we move toward progress and solutions at the 2026 New York State Safe Housing Summit: The Intersectionality of Safe Housing and the Complex Mental Health Needs of Survivors of Human Trafficking, sponsored by the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, the NYC Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence and LifeWay Network.

We’re honored to welcome Luis C.deBaca, attorney and former Ambassador at Large to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, as the keynote speaker for the 2026 New York State Safe Housing Summit. This important event will bring together stakeholders from across New York State, including those with lived experience, to examine the housing landscape for survivors. Together, we’ll explore gaps in policy, practice and research at the intersection of housing and human trafficking and how these realities impact survivors’ recovery and reintegration.

Light breakfast will be served.
