Lighthouse NW 5K 2026

Join us at the Des Moines Creek Parkrun for our 7th Annual Lighthouse 5K!

This meaningful, family-friendly event brings our community together to raise awareness and critical funds for survivors of abuse as they heal and rebuild their lives.

Your $45 registration or donation includes an awesome 5K T-shirt (ALL SHIRTS ARE SOLD OUT) provides one night of safe housing and professional support services at Sacha’s House!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just coming for the fun, there’s something for everyone.

Invite your friends, rally your coworkers, and bring the whole family. Let’s show up strong for the families in our community who need hope, safety, and support.

Reserve your raffle tickets with your 5K registration or purchase at the 5K. Tickets are $25. The drawing will take place at the Afterparty on May 30, 2026 at the Quarterdeck in Des Moines, WA. Need not be present to win. 100% of the proceeds benefit Lighthouse NW.
