Love is Local Raleigh Sunday Supper

The Beacon Campus is where neighbors gather, kids learn and play, and our community grows stronger together.

On Sunday, October 11, join us for our inaugural Love is Local Raleigh Sunday Supper: a late-afternoon meal under the tent featuring live jazz, a small business market, and good company, all in celebration of community, belonging, and 10 years of Southeast Raleigh Promise serving alongside residents along the Rock Quarry Road Corridor and surrounding area.

This is more than a celebration. It's a conversation about people, place, and our future together as neighbors. We want you there.

What to expect

Open seating, so you can get to know your neighbor. The meal is catered by Cafe Orleans, with signature beverages by Juiced!

Live music from the NC Central Jazz Ensemble, the jazz ensemble of North Carolina Central University.

Join us for our first Front Porch Conversation, moderated by Desmond Dunn, a Southeast Raleigh native, with Yvette Holmes, CEO of Southeast Raleigh Promise, and other guests.

Enjoy vendor offerings from the Rock Quarry Road Small Business Alliance and pick up your Southeast Raleigh swag.

Attire is outdoor casual, so wear comfortable shoes. Children are welcome. Please follow event parking signage.

Tickets

$35 for adults and $15 for children 3 to 17. Children under 3 attend at no cost. Use the Get Tickets button at the top of this page.
