Since 1994, Literacy Volunteers of Southern Connecticut has served the greater Milford and Stratford areas, providing one-on-one tutoring at no cost to any adult who wishes to learn the English language or enhance the reading, writing, speaking and listening-comprehension skills necessary to lead productive lives in our community.
