Join us on the morning of Sunday, 31st May, for our worldwide Full Moon Livestream Meditation guided by His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. Experience a Light-of-Healing meditation to help ease the growing pressures of uncertain times.
The session will open with a brief introduction, followed by approximately one hour of guided meditation. Besides building self-confidence, this Light-of-Healing meditation is also aimed at connecting communities and diverse cultures from over 60 countries for world peace.
Participants will be gently led to still the fluctuations of thought and imagery, to repose into a luminous heartspace suffused with a warm energy throughout the chest, and thereafter expand the light to include our environment across the globe.
Registration is free, with the option to offer a love donation.

How to Access the Livestream and Recording
The livestream and recording will be accessible on the same webpage. The recording will be available within minutes of the conclusion of the livestream. You will receive the login details in your registration confirmation email. Please be mindful to type your primary email address free from any typos when registering - this will ensure that you receive the email with the login details.
If you have difficulties during either livestream please refer to the troubleshooting notes sent by email as part of your registration confirmation.
