***PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration for running in the Grim Mile ends May 31. Race day registration occurs on site beginning at Sunday, June 4 at 3:30 PM.***
The 5th and Final Grim Mile is fast approaching (Sunday, June 4, 5:00 - 8:00). We hope that you are able to join us physically on the 4th, but if not, you can participate in the Virtual Grim Mile by running your mile at your location on this date. Registration can be done using the links found on our Luther North website.
As a previous event sponsor, I am writing you to consider sponsoring our event one more time. We have some junior athletes that have received the Grim Scholarship here at Luther North in previous years and will be joining Coach Grim by attending Walther Christian Academy next year, and our goal is to continue their Grim Scholarship for one more year. We can use your support to help us reach that goal. Any donation is welcome. We do have some event categories for you to consider:
$100 Friend of Coach Grim (includes two free event registrations)
$250 Wildcat (includes five free event registrations)
$500 Blue and Gold (includes five free event registrations and inclusion on back of event t-shirt as a sponsor - NOTE: T-SHIRT INCLUSION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
If you are not able to financially support our event through a sponsorship, we would love to have you support us through your registration and attendance on the 4th, as well as your prayers for a successful last Grim Mile.
While the news of our school suspending academic operations for the future is sad indeed, we want to make our last days a remembrance and celebration of the blessings God has bestowed on Luther North and all of the students, parents, staff, and community that have been touched by this institution. I hope to see you on June 4th for one last Grim Mile!
