Using Oral History Beyond the Interview training

Oral history is comprised of in-depth recorded interviews, audio or video, and their transcripts. While these are usually preserved publicly in historical repositories, oral history can be utilized to enhance historical work.
This training will show how oral history interviews can be used in telling local history and public programming. Participants will also learn how to treat oral history as a vital primary source.
