With over a decade of experience in retail leadership at iconic brands like Nike, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co., Dominique blends a deep understanding of branding, culture, and innovation with a passion for community impact. Under Dominique’s leadership, Akron Sneaker Academy has become a beacon for introducing underrepresented youth to polymer science, sneaker design, and sustainable manufacturing practices, all while fostering personal growth through the unique Solecial Emotional Learning curriculum.

Dominique is also a dynamic advocate for Akron’s potential as the “Sneaker Capital of the World.” Their vision includes establishing a Sneaker Hall of Fame, a global destination that integrates sneaker innovation, education, and sustainability while bolstering Akron’s polymer and manufacturing sectors.
