In order for Gym Dynasty to provide the best care possible, we ask that you list any and all information that would be useful in handling any emotional or behavioral dysregulation, sensory needs (do they need headphones for loud noises? Weighted blanket? -please bring), mental health diagnosis we should be aware of, disabilities, medical needs (allergies, medications, reactions) or comfort items (stuffed animal, dark cool space). This information is NECESSARY for us to have in order to help your children feel safe and for the caregivers to respond to them in the best way possible!
