Yoga with Andrea Correia- Andrea Correia is a registered and certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500, RCYT, YACEP), boasting eight years of experience teaching kids, teenagers, and adults. She understands and truly believes in the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to help children find balance and inner peace and develop self-awareness and self-regulation skills. Andrea’s classes are fun and engaging, blending the yoga practice with games, breathing exercises, quiet moments, and opportunities to connect with and manage emotions and feelings.
Grades: K-5
Time: 3:15-4:00
Price: $300 for 12 weeks (must bring own mat)
