Students will train with Guest Artist & Workshop Facilitator, Clara Kundin, MFA, who is currently the Assistant Professor of Theatre at Eastern New Mexico University. Clara Kundin is a theater-maker and educator. She holds an MFA in Theatre for Youth & Community with an emphasis in Directing from Arizona State University, a certificate in physical theater from the École Jacques Lecoq, and a BA in Theatre from St. Olaf College. College Mentors
Students will also work with college mentors currently pursuing degrees in the arts. Mentors will lead breakout sessions and provide insight into college programs and/or careers in the arts. Through breakout sessions and mentorship, students will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain advice, and begin forming relationships that can support their future educational and/or career paths.
Students will participate in professional and collegiate-level audition training, performance coaching, and a variety of movement and vocal exercises designed to reflect collegiate-level instruction. Students will receive a professional headshot provided by TTU RaiderComm, a Moonlight Musicals shirt, as well as resumé templates and guidance on what directors are looking for during auditions.
Classes will take place at the Moonlight Musicals Music & Arts Center (Rehearsal Studio).
