Who says you have to stay up late to ring in the new year? Not us! Join us for Make Believe Midnight, where it's "Kid O'Clock" all day long and the countdown is BIG, BRIGHT, and totally bedtime-friendly!

What to Expect

Pick your session and get ready to party:

🕙 Session 1: Entry at 10am, balloon drop at 12pm
🕐 Session 2: Entry at 1pm, balloon drop at 3pm
🕓 Session 3: Entry at 4pm, balloon drop at 5pm

Calling all big kids! Session 3 has special activities just for ages 9-13. 🌟

Don't miss out! Tickets are required, and each one is for a specific session, so grab yours for the time that works best for your family before they're gone. The museum closes at 6pm.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend Make Believe Midnight, your purchased and unused tickets may be trasnferred to a future Akron Children’s Museum special event, through May 2027. Guests must email joy@akronkids.org prior to December 20, 2026 to arrange the transfer of their tickets.
