For one night only, PRIME transforms into a Mardi Gras celebration—complete with a custom Cajun-inspired menu crafted by Chef Lino himself, bursting with bold flavors and Southern flair. Pair that with live jazz and brass music, a lively dining room, and a festive, come-as-you-are vibe, and you’ve got a party worth planning your week around.
