Storytellers of Cedar Rapids continues Season 3 with a special addition to this year’s lineup with a show during the holiday season!
Join us on Wednesday, December 16, for The Gift of [_______], an evening of authentic, heartfelt, funny, and often surprising true stories shared live on stage.
The holidays have a way of reminding us that some of the most meaningful gifts don’t come wrapped in a box. The gift of friendship. A second chance. An unexpected kindness. A lesson we didn’t know we needed. Maybe even a gift that changed everything.
The Gift of [________] leaves the blank open for our storytellers to fill as they share true stories about the gifts—given, received, discovered, or unexpected—that have stayed with them.
No two Storytellers events are ever the same. One story may have you laughing out loud, while the next may move you or offer a completely new perspective. Every show also features live music from local artists and an opportunity for audience members to step up and share during Open Mic.
We’ll announce our December 16 featured storytellers and local musician soon!
Snacks and beverages will be available from Groundswell Cafe. If you are interested in supporting Storytellers of Cedar Rapids events, please contact us.
