Agreement to Rules and Regulations
By completing this application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Muck Masters Bass Classic.
In consideration of potential acceptance, the undersigned agrees to be legally bound, for themselves, partners, heirs, executors, and administrators, and hereby waives and releases any and all claims against the Muck Masters Bass Classic, H.E. Hill Foundation, Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, and all associated volunteers, officers, directors, attorneys, sponsors, and affiliated entities for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the event.
Photography Release Waiver
By applying to participate in the Muck Masters Bass Classic, vendors acknowledge and authorize the Muck Masters Bass Classic, its sponsors, and affiliated professionals to photograph, edit, reproduce, and use images of vendors, staff, displays, and equipment for promotional and marketing purposes.
Vendors understand they are not entitled to compensation, royalties, or approval rights related to the use of such images. Participation authorizes use across lawful platforms including, but not limited to, websites, social media, print publications, digital media, and promotional materials.
Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
The undersigned acknowledges that vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the event of weather-related cancellations or circumstances beyond the control of the Muck Masters Bass Classic.
The undersigned further releases the Muck Masters Bass Classic, its members, partners, volunteers, representatives, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise as a result of participation in the event.
Designation of Responsibility
As a vendor and participant, the undersigned understands they are solely responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance; collecting and remitting all applicable taxes; and complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those of the State of Florida.
Food vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Vendor Selection & Event Policies
- Application submission does not guarantee acceptance
- Muck Masters Bass Classic reserves the right to limit or deny vendors to maintain event quality, relevance, and balance
- Vendor fees are non-refundable for any reason, including weather-related cancellations
- Approved vendors will receive confirmation and next steps via email
Vendor Fees (If Approved)
- 10’ x 10’ Vendor Space: $200
- Food Truck (up to 25’): $300
- Food Truck (over 25’): $400
- Elecctric Power: $25
Additional Requirements
As part of the consideration process, food vendors will be required to submit a photo of their food truck to:

Application fees must be paid on or before March 1, 2026, to ensure vendor placement if approved.
