About This Event

Mindfulness skills are a powerful tool to help deal with stress and as a regular self-care measure.  Heavily researched, meditation has been implemented as an integrative approach to help manage cancer side effects and its treatment as part of the mind-body approach to health care. Our classes start with a guided meditation led by our mediation experts and then shift to a conversation facilitated by our social worker.  All are welcome, whether new to meditation or an experienced meditator.
