MDTP Programs

When you give to MDTP, you’re providing essential support for the programs that create the greatest daily impact for teachers and students—while also fueling the growth and expansion of our work across Arizona. Your donation helps sustain and strengthen:

• Classroom Support Team (CST) – Trained retired educators and student teachers are placed directly in classrooms from September through March, giving teachers more time for planning, individualized instruction, and relationship-building, while offering students targeted small-group and one-on-one support.

• Take a Teacher to Lunch – A campus-wide appreciation experience that brings joy, connection, and recognition to educators, boosting morale and strengthening school culture.

• One-In-A-Million Teacher Recognition – A meaningful celebration that honors outstanding educators who go above and beyond for their students and communities.
