Thank you for your interest in attending our 2025 Community of Practice meeting and networking opportunity: Stability - Investments for Establishing Stability for Clients.
Join us in the conversation, share your experience and knowledge, exchange, collaborate, and learn more from others also addressing this population.
The basis of stability is where the clients' basic needs are met, and program is moving them to greater functioning. Discussion may include, but are not limited to, rental and utility assistance, case management, counseling, transtional housing, substance abuse prevention education, etc.
Please register in advance, but not required.
Any accommodation requests are kindly asked to be submitted at least one week in advance.
