All donations and sponsorship gifts go toward the restoration of the Historic Merriam House located in San Marcos CA on TERI Campus of Life.
Once you have selected the naming opportunity you'd like to sponsor and process your donation, we will email you within 7 business days to work on how you would like your name and message (if applicable) to be displayed.
Most Sponsorships will not be able to be displayed before construction is complete. Some parts of restoration need to take priority to ensure the safety of crews and the house itself. Even spaces like the butterfly garden will need to be in the final phase as not to be ruined by continued construction around it.

How is my donation used?
100% of your donation will go toward restoration costs of the Merriam house.
When does construction begin?
Restoration has already begun with TERI having inspectors coming to assess the project and specialized contractors giving bids. We are eagerly waiting for the next step to begin in 2025.
Can I visit the Merriam House?
While the Merriam house is currently not safe for entry, you may still marvel in its beauty from the outside. It is visible from the back patio at Common Grounds Cafe!
When the house has been renovated, will it be open to tours?
Yes! We are hoping to have educational tours regularly available when the house is finally finished.
